This weekly traditional meditation practice will allow us to develop and deepen the potential that meditation offers us in our lives. Discussion and information provided will be brief. The meditation practice itself will last 30 to 45 minutes. Information concerning proper physical alignments, whether seated on the floor, in a chair or kneeling, will be provided to support a successful practice. There is no fee for this class, however, donations will be gratefully accepted.
