The movements of Chi Gung and Tai Chi are smooth and slow, improving balance and posture, gently opening and closing the joints without the injury inducing impact of many exercises, making it ideal for those over 40 or those who have exercise challenges.These movements are inherently therapeutic. Regular practice provides deep long term benefits to the nervous system as well. As tension is released and dissolved, the flow of electrical impulses through the body and mind becomes smooth, full and even, moving us towards our innate birthright of ease, calm and clarity. Join Bruce Hayden every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning for Chi Gung class from 7:00 – 7:55 am and Tai Chi class from 8:00 to 9:00 am.
