Join Chef Alli in the Sweet Kitchen as she demonstrates how to create two of her all-time favorite pies: Coconut Meringue and Chocolate Meringue.

2. How to roll, transfer, and bake the crust.
3. How to easily make cream pie fillings from scratch....right in your microwave.
4. And (maybe most importantly!) how to make meringue that mounds up beautifully, holds its shape, and doesn't shrink back from even the hottest oven!
You'll leave this class with recipes, knowledge of the right tools needed for pie baking success, and how to recreate delicious pies at home for your loved ones. Sweet! (Tastings provided, too, of course.)
