Bhakti Heart Centering Practice

Join us for a gentle, introspective class and find comfort in just being you. Bhakti is the path of love and is one of the 4 paths of yoga. This practice will consist of pranyayma (breathwork), gentle poses and meditation. As you cultivate a sense of love, gratitude, and devotion for something outside yourself, you essentially fill yourself with love. In the act of giving love, you receive it. Bring your partner or come solo and allow every cell of your being to fill with bliss, knowing that love is all around you; yours to receive and also to return.
