Starting the first Saturday in November, we are kicking off our Saturday morning community #FITCLUBs at the Brookwood Shopping Center Terrace, right outside the doors of Soulfire Nutrition! We have great workouts planned for all fitness levels and ensure you will have a lot of fun getting and staying healthy with a fun and active community! 

Starting Saturday, November 3, we invite you to join us for our first community FIT CAMP!

Bring $5 for your post workout recovery breakfast shake and plan to stay healthy and active through the holiday season! 

The timeline for Fit Club will be:

-Welcome/Sign In
-Place your order for your $5 Post Workout Protein Recovery Shake or Drink from SoulFire Nutrition's Fit Club Menu

- Workout on the Terrace

- Pickup your Pre-ordered Recovery Shake or Protein Drink already prepared for you!
